The property is approx. 100 acre sanctuary and arboretum which represents over 40 years of planning and development. Within the enclave exists wetlands, a one acre pond stocked with fish, roadways, pathways, several structures and of course the american first nation's Danascara creek. The structures include a historically accurate period cabin, Adirondack leantos, three-bay tractor barn, 7 field stone fire places and pits, all accessible by engineered roadways. Within the range of the habitat there are many rare and wonderful species of plant life and trees (in excess of 4,000 trees) cultivated and nurtured in perpetuity to the benefit of the environment.
